Zhang xi, male, originally from Shaanxi yanan YanChuanXian .In 1978-1982, yanan university study politics department (undergraduate course, philosophy bachelor's); in 1985-1988, fudan university international politics learning (graduate student, master of law), political science major. Since 1988, in public management college at northwestern university, associate professor, tutor (political science and international political and administrative management).
